How does your home compare to the market?
Have you heard about Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)?
Well, a CMA it’s the current fair market value of your home in comparison to other homes, called “comps”, of similar size, conditions, style, and location; As well, the price that they were recently listed at, sold for.
There is a few more information that will be used to compare homes and that will include the following characteristics:
- Square footage
- Year Built
- Lot size
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Amenities
- Renovations since the home was last sold
- Neighborhood
- School zone
